- It releases dopamine in both areas of the brain – motivation and pleasure; the same effect that occurs when someone takes cocaine or heroin.
- Nicotine is very addictive and can cause – cravings, emptiness, depression, anxiety, irritability, moodiness, and difficulty in focusing.

A single pod of JUUL is equal to 20 regular cigarettes – and that’s very alarming. Nicotine is a harmful chemical that has a bad effect on a developing brain. Until the age of 25, the human brain still develops, and using electronic cigarettes or regular cigarettes are very harmful.
